Welcome to Stephanie Huerta Photography! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Use
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website.  
1.2. By accessing the website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.  

 

2. Services and Bookings

2.1. All photography sessions are subject to availability. Booking requests will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and text by Stephanie Huerta. 
2.2. Pricing for services may change without prior notice. All bookings secured with a booking fee and we will honor the quoted price at the time of booking.  
2.3. Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the policies outlined on our booking page or as stated in your agreement.  

3. Payment and Booking Fee  
3.1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure date and time.
3.2. Payment in full is required by the date of session.
3.3. Failure to pay on time may result in the delay of receiving photos.  

4. Intellectual Property  
4.1. All photos and content on this website are the property of Stephanie Huerta Photography and are protected by copyright law.  
4.2. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial use of their purchased photos. Redistribution or reproduction for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.  

5. Photo Delivery and Usage Rights
5.1. Digital images will be delivered via online gallery or other agreed-upon method within the specified timeframe.  
5.2. Stephanie Huerta Photography reserves the right to use images from sessions for marketing, portfolio, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.  

 

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1. While every effort is made to ensure a high-quality photography experience, Stephanie Huerta Photography shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or equipment failure.  We will work with our clients to accommodate them. 

7. Cancellations and Refunds 
7.1. Cancellations made by the client may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.  
7.2. In the event Stephanie Huerta Photography must cancel a session, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to reschedule.
